Objective of the program

 

Our loyalty program and the CleverPoints (CP) not only reward your loyalty, but also your courteous behavior during rides. And you will be awarded points when you use offers that make CleverShuttle easier to use:

 

Loyalty: Number of kilometers driven¹ (10 CP per km)
Courtesy: Punctuality at the start of the trip² (25 CP), ride ratings (10 CP)
Make CleverShuttle easier to use: Register (50 CP), save your payment information (50 CP), use the in-app payment option³ (10 CP).
CleverPoints will be automatically credited to your account for each of these actions.

 

Loyalty status, advantages, and credit

 

Bronze:

You will receive 50 CleverPoints and the bronze status simply by registering.

 

Silver:

With 500 collected CleverPoints in the last 60 days you have reached the silver status and are automatically awarded a credit of €5 on the first day of the following month, provided that you maintain the same status until this date.

 

Gold:

With 2000 collected CleverPoints in the last 60 days you have reached the gold status and are automatically awarded a credit of €30 on the first day of the following month, provided that you maintain the same status until this date.

 

How it's calculated

 

Your loyalty status is calculated based on the CleverPoints you have collected over the last 60 days. This means that all CleverPoints collected within the first 60 days after you register with CleverShuttle will be included in your loyalty status. On the 61st day after registration, the points for the first day are deleted and only the collected points from day 2 to day 61 count towards your loyalty status. On the 62nd day the points for day 2 are deleted, and so on. This means that it is not enough to simply achieve a certain loyalty status in order to keep it. Rather, once a certain loyalty status has been reached, it must be maintained by continually collecting CleverPoints. At the beginning of each month on the settlement day, you automatically receive credits from us dependent on your loyalty status, and you may use these credits immediately to pay for your CleverShuttle trips.

¹ No CleverPoints can be collected for kilometers traveled with Credits.
² A delay is considered such when more than 90 seconds pass between the arrival of the vehicle and the "check-in of the customer". Punctuality is also rewarded on trips paid with Credit.
³ Payment with Credit is not considered an in-app payment.

The customer is not entitled to have the credit credited. CleverShuttle reserves the right to individually check the allocation of the CleverPoints and to exclude persons from the program in case of gross breaches (e.g. frequent cancellations, non-appearance at the pickup location, disrespectful treatment of drivers or passengers, misuse of the system).
