Jan HofmannFounder & COOAs the company's COO, Jan is responsible for the successful development of the B2C business under the CleverShuttle brand. This includes expanding our own locations and expanding via franchise partners. Jan previously worked at Deutsche Bahn in strategy, Danone in marketing, and HSBC in M&A. Jan holds an M.Sc in management from ESCP Europe and studied in New York, London, Paris, and Berlin.
Slava TschurilinFounder & CTOAs the company's CTO, Slava is responsible for the successful development of IT and the algorithms for the B2C and B2B business. As a specialist in the field of algorithmic optimization, Slava previously worked as an IT consultant and developer where he learned all about modeling various business processes by means of individual software solutions. Slava has a degree in mathematics and studied at TU Berlin.
Dr. Christiane ArnscheidtManaging DirectorChristiane joined the board as Managing Director in May 2017 to support the three founding members. Christiane has held top management positions in international e-commerce since 2004 at companies such as KarstadtQuelle, Payback, Kering, and Naspers. She is an expert in digitalization, marketing, and business development. Christiane has a degree in Media Studies and holds an MBA from the GSO Management Institute.
Dr. Michael PetersonAs advisory council, Michael advises CleverShuttle on marketing issues and is working on furthering the integration with Deutsche Bahn. In his main capacity, Michael is Chief Marketing Officer at DB Fernverkehr AG. Previously, Michael was a partner at Booz & Company.
Karl-Heinz FlötherAs advisory council, Karl-Heinz advises CleverShuttle in strategic and financial matters. Karl-Heinz is a member of the Supervisory Board of Commerzbank and Deutsche Börse, and he is on the advisory board of Favendo and CEPRES. During his 33-year career at Accenture, he served as a member of the global Executive Board and headed the Financial Services Division and Technology Division. As International Chairman he was responsible for Strategy & Corporate Development. Karl-Heinz is also a shareholder of CleverShuttle.
